Youll join an international team and learn how to grow Picnics website into an important customer acquisition channel. Along the way youll build hands-on experience in organic growth content website optimization and digital analytics.

• Understand what customers are looking for: Research how customers discover brands online and identify opportunities for Picnic to reach them with useful and relevant content.
• Grow our organic traffic: Help increase Picnics visibility across Google search and AI search.
• Improve our website: Work with developers designers and copywriters to implement improvements to our website.
• Create better content: Help optimize existing pages and develop new content that is useful for our customers.
• Turn data into action: Use tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console and Semrush to measure the results of your work and identify new opportunities.
• Experiment and learn: Come up with ideas test them analyze the results and use what you learn to make the next improvement. Develop your organic growth expertise over time.

• MSc. degree in Business Administration Marketing or equivalent
• Up to 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Fluent in Dutch and English. French or German is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in working with data and performance metrics.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets Excel or any other data tool to analyze and present insights
• Passionate about using AI to automate simplify and improve everyday marketing tasks
• Eager to learn and develop your digital marketing expertise
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong affinity in the consumer retail industry
