Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is in support of Cencoras third party logistics service in Europe operating through our Alloga business.

We are seeking a QA Specialist to support the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System within a pharmaceutical 3PL environment. The successful candidate will help ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with applicable GDP/GMP standards internal procedures customer requirements and relevant regulatory obligations.

The Purpose of the Roleis to ensure that pharmaceutical logistics and related services are performed in compliance with internal procedures customer requirements and applicable regulatory standards while promoting continuous improvement and quality awareness across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare perform and report internal audits of systems and processes

• Support and coordinate external audits by customers suppliers certification bodies and regulatory authorities

• Conduct or support supplier audits and follow up on audit findings.

• Monitor non-conformances complaints CAPAs and improvement actions

• Identify quality risks and support the implementation of corrective and preventive measures

• Maintain and improve quality procedures work instructions and the quality manual

• Support document control and the management of quality records and data in relevant systems

• Provide quality-related advice to operational departments and support process improvements

• Develop or deliver training materials to promote quality awareness and compliance

• Communicate quality safety and regulatory requirements throughout the organization

• Represent QA in contacts with customers suppliers auditors and regulatory bodies as required

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent working and thinking level through experience preferably in pharmacy life sciences quality or a related field

• Minimum 2 years experience in a QA role within the pharmaceutical healthcare logistics or 3PL sector

• Knowledge of GDP GMP and applicable pharmaceutical quality standards

• Experience with audits deviations CAPA document control and quality systems is preferred

• Experience working with computerized systems within a regulated environment is preferred

• Experience in preparing and delivering training programs is preferred.

• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

• Proactive accurate and solution-oriented

• A strong command of the English language both written and spoken is required

• Basic knowledge of the Dutch language and effective communication skills in Dutch are preferred
