HVAC Controls Site Supervisor Field Services (Data Centers / Silent-Aire)
Location: Field-based data center site in Middenmeer (Netherlands)
What You Will Do
As a Field Services Controls Site Supervisor you will lead on-site service and maintenance activities for data center cooling and building automation systems. You will ensure operational continuity rapid issue resolution and high-quality service delivery across live mission-critical environments.
You will act as a key on-site leader coordinating field technicians service partners and customer stakeholders to maintain uptime and optimize system performance.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in operational environments enjoys troubleshooting complex systems and is committed to delivering exceptional service in high-availability settings.
How You Will Do It
- Lead and coordinate field service activities including maintenance troubleshooting retrofits and small works for HVAC controls and BMS systems
- Supervise and support field technicians and subcontractors across multiple data center sites
- Act as the primary on-site interface for customers facility teams and operations stakeholders
- Ensure rapid response and effective resolution of critical incidents and system alarms
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure system reliability and uptime
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and energy efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with strict data center operational protocols SLAs and safety standards
- Support upgrades modifications and lifecycle projects on live systems
- Maintain accurate service documentation reporting and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Promote a safety-first customer-focused and high-performance service culture
What We Look For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent technical experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC controls BMS or field service within technical or mission-critical environments
- Proven experience in service maintenance and troubleshooting on live sites
- Strong coordination skills managing technicians and multiple service activities
- Ability to work in high-pressure uptime-driven environments
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data centers or mission-critical service environments
- Strong knowledge of BMS systems HVAC controls and cooling infrastructure
- Experience with incident response root cause analysis and performance optimization
- Familiarity with service SLAs maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle management
- Knowledge of Dutch regulations and operational standards for critical facilities
