About the Role
As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative you will provide high-quality customer support in Dutch and English helping customers resolve their inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Youll work in a collaborative international environment where communication problem-solving and customer satisfaction are key priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via phone email and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality and performance targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What Were Looking For
- Fluent or native-level Dutch.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in an international environment.
- Candidates relocating from abroad must be available in Athens at least 7 days before the start date to complete the hiring process.
Salary & Benefits
- Gross Monthly Salary: 1500
- Full-time employment.

Relocation Support
Candidates relocating from abroad will receive:
- 3 weeks of hotel accommodation close to the office.
- Flight reimbursement of up to 300 gross with the first salary payment.
- Assistance with hiring documentation and administrative procedures.
- Accommodation during the training period may be available for candidates who are not currently based in Athens.
Working Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Monday to Sunday.
- Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00.
