Job Summary
The Challenge
To drive and optimise mine-wide operational performance by aligning planning execution systems partnerships and performance processes. The role serves as a key integration and performance partner to the Operations Manager providing actionable insights improving decision-making and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Qualifications :
The Ideal Applicant:
- Degree (NQF Level 7) in Mining Engineering Operations Management Information Systems Computer Engineering or related discipline.
- Post Graduate qualification (will be an added advantage)
- Valid Code B/BE Drivers license (Manual Transmission).
- Valid Code of Conduct
- 810 years in Mining or heavy industrial operations with exposure to operations performance management operational governance systems integration data-driven decision support or transformation initiatives.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI SAP)
