We are seeking an energetic detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office within the Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) team.

In this highly collaborative role you will be a critical partner to our Technical Project Managers (TPMs) Product Managers (PMs) and Business Stakeholders. You will gather refine and document requirements while providing essential support to ensure project success and drive our technology roadmap forward.

What Youll Do

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather clarify and document project requirements ensure requirements are well-defined measurable and aligned with project objectives and maintain requirements traceability and manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain and update project schedules timelines and dependencies
Monitor critical path items and flag potential delays proactively
Ensure accurate tracking of milestones and deliverables and maintain accurate project records and audit trails
Manage project documentation templates and centralized repositories
Prepare and distribute project status reports meeting minutes and communications
Assist TPMs in day-to-day project execution and progress monitoring
Provide data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
Identify process improvements and bottlenecks

What Were Looking For

2 years of project management business analysis or administrative support experience
Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering and documentation
Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Business Analysis certification
Experience in a PMO environment
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Experience with Salesforce administration
