The global Directs Procurement team at Beiersdorf Group is an international team of Global Category Managers and Global & Regional Procurement Operations Managers covering the Categories Raw & Packaging Materials and 3rd Party Procurement. We work in different locations in global and regional responsibility for Procurement governance steering and execution.
Your Tasks
Definition and deployment of regional category strategies in close alignment with global strategic framework
Act as reliable expert to share Regional Procurement and Category know-how within international Procurement team and relevant stakeholders
Responsible for tendering negotiation and contract handling of regional projects against the overall target to maximize the Procurement value contribution (e.g. cost development supply security improved service level agility sustainability & innovation)
Responsible for compliance with Procurement standards methods and processes stakeholder management and sustainable interface towards demand owner and Procurement community
Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new suppliers
Perform supplier evaluation to develop and improve supplier portfolio and focus on supplier relationship management
Your Profile
Academic education degree and minimum 8 years of professional experience in Procurement preferably Packaging or Raw Materials Procurement
Experience in cross-functional projects and international supplier relations
Strong communication skills across all hierarchies for effective and efficient functional project steering in a matrix organization
Very good knowledge of MS Office SAP e-tendering S2C-/ P2P-processes
Fluent English mandatory additional language skills welcome
Self-confident appearance proactive working method and pragmatic cost-conscious creative result-driven mindset
