We are looking for talent for the position of Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering.
- English B2.
10 years and above experience in any operational area such as production quality planning or materials.
- Complete understanding of quality systems.
- Experience using ERP systems (Oracle SAP or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in problem solving continuous improvement customer satisfaction and quality control.
- Extensive experience on production matters in special enough experience in dealing with direct personnel.
Responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed customer(s) requirements.
Achieve or exceed operational targets such as scrap OTD productivity & quality without exceeding the expected manufacturing costs.
- Develop a continuous improvement culture.
- Define ramp up plans when needed and meet such plans in timely manner.
