Hardware Test Engineer
Job Summary
The hardware test engineer creates project specific end of line production test protocol for ECUs and provides further development /improvement of production method of testing. He/she will closely work with global engineering team and manufacturing plants to make improvement suggestions in order to reduce fall out rate and to optimize product quality.
- Elaborate execute and audit project specific production test specification for customer projects.
- Elaborate test list for validation.
- Maintenance and updating all created project specific production test specifications.
- Create technical customer documentation related to testing.
- Introduction of change request caused by test engineering reasons
- Identify production methods of testing that are necessary to fulfill customer specific test or internal requirements.
- Supports documentation and tracking of project internal reported problems in the problem management tool.
- Support production test engineer in case of production test specification questions and/or end-of line tester specific problems.
- Inform to project team about Technical problems or updates in the plant related to testing. And validate changes.
- Development /improvement of test protocols & verification Process based on KPIs FPY & OTD.
- Be the link between product engineering and manufacturing plants to ensure the correct testing of different Bosch Automotive Electronics products and be the interface of problem communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Identify analyze and work to resolve/detect failures on the product and production process
- Quality claim support and root cause analysis for different customers.
Qualifications :

- Technical expertise to setup diagnosis with ECU
