Técnico de Facilidades
Objetivo del puesto
Garantizar la operación continua segura y eficiente de las instalaciones equipos e infraestructura de la planta mediante actividades de mantenimiento preventivo correctivo y predictivo asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad calidad y medio ambiente.
Responsabilidades principales
- Ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en sistemas eléctricos mecánicos neumáticos hidráulicos y de servicios generales.
- Monitorear y mantener en óptimas condiciones los equipos de facilidades incluyendo:
- Sistemas eléctricos.
- Aire acondicionado y HVAC.
- Compresores de aire.
- Calderas y sistemas de vapor.
- Sistemas de agua potable y residual.
- Plantas de emergencia y UPS.
- Sistemas contra incendio.
- Atender fallas y emergencias operativas minimizando tiempos de paro.
- Realizar inspecciones periódicas de infraestructura y equipos.
- Registrar actividades de mantenimiento en sistemas de gestión o bitácoras.
- Coordinar trabajos con contratistas y proveedores externos.
- Apoyar en proyectos de mejora continua y ahorro energético.
- Cumplir con procedimientos de seguridad industrial medio ambiente y normativas aplicables.
- Participar en auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con mantenimiento y facilidades.
- Gestionar refacciones herramientas y materiales requeridos para la operación.
Requisitos
Escolaridad
- Carrera técnica TSU o Ingeniería en:
- Mecánica.
- Electromecánica.
- Eléctrica.
- Mecatrónica.
- Mantenimiento Industrial.
- Industrial o afín.
Experiencia
- 1 a 5 años en mantenimiento industrial facilidades o ingeniería de planta.
- Experiencia en diagnóstico y solución de fallas.
- Conocimiento de sistemas de servicios industriales.
Conocimientos técnicos
- Electricidad industrial.
- Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos y mecánicos.
- Sistemas HVAC.
- Neumática e hidráulica.
- Equipos de generación y distribución eléctrica.
- Mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo.
- Normas de seguridad industrial.
- Uso de herramientas de medición y diagnóstico.

- Consumo energético de la planta.
- Cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y auditorías.
- Reducción de paros no programados.
Condiciones de trabajo
- Disponibilidad para rol de turnos y guardias.
- Trabajo en áreas industriales y de producción.
- Uso obligatorio de equipo de protección personal (EPP).
