We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. This role is key in ensuring smooth communication accurate order management and a positive customer experience. You will be the link between our customers and internal teams helping us deliver on our promise of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer support Handle inquiries resolve issues and provide timely responses to clients.

  • Order management Process orders returns and adjustments with accuracy.

  • Documentation Maintain records and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Collaboration Work closely with sales logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless service.

  • Continuous improvement Identify opportunities to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 13 years of experience in customer service sales support or administrative roles.

  • Advanced English (written and spoken).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Customer service oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/CRM systems knowledge is a plus.
