HR Representative Contact Center

About the role:

Our next HR Associate will be a part of our Corporate HR Team within our HR Solutions Center in Mexico. This is an exciting team to be a part of as you get to work with many aspects of HR and support many people throughout the organization. Were looking for a candidate who has HR experience working with Mexico US and other countries inquiries but is looking to learn grow and would like a long-term career in HR.
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills a high level of confidentiality a professional demeanor the ability to think outside the box and strong Excel skills.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Respond to questions on basic HR practices process and policies available for Mexico USA and other countries via multiple channels within our HR Solutions center (e.g. e-mail phone chat and case management system).

• Answer basic HR policy-related questions for managers employees and coworkers in Mexico USA and other countries and escalate as appropriate.

• Fields general straightforward inquiries from candidates recruiters and hiring managers; escalates inquiries to senior team members and/or management as necessary.

• Educate clients in Mexico of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday HR Connect and other systems

• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

• Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.

• Continuously create and define process improvement.

What Were Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.

• Minimum 1 year of HR service center experience in Mexico and USAs inquiries.

• Bachelors degree in HR or business-related field required.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word Excel and Outlook.

• Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents including but not limited to correspondences and other written materials.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.

• Ability to prioritize organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highlysensitive/confidentialinformation.

• Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills.

• Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.

• Highly prefer experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) SharePoint Workday.
