As our next Analyst youll be at the forefront of supporting supply chain operations by procuring goods and services while ensuring optimal cost quality and delivery. What Youll Be Doing:
- Manage purchase requisitions obtain supplier quotes and recommend sourcing decisions
- Negotiate pricing terms and delivery timelines with suppliers
- Create and manage purchase orders and blanket purchase agreements while ensuring compliance with SOPs
- Maintain supplier data and purchasing information in ERP/MRP systems
- Monitor deliveries expedite orders and resolve supplier or payment issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance Quality and Operations teams
- Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Track supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 25 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and purchasing processes
- Excellent negotiation communication and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and cost drivers
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain Business or related field
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Mapics or Movex
- Experience in global supplier coordination or manufacturing procurement
- Knowledge of Incoterms payment terms and international sourcing
