Job Summary
Position Summary
Responsible for coordinating and implementing initiatives derived from the category strategy ensuring timely execution of the materials development plan and supporting commercial objectives through data-driven insights to identify trends and improve strategy and execution.
Main Responsibilities
Support the execution of action plans in alignment with strategic objectives.
Coordinate the design development and approval of promotional materials in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Maintain proactive communication with internal teams ensuring timely feedback and follow-up.
Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns tracking KPIs and performance metrics across stakeholders.
Analyses digital data (campaign results conversion rates traffic) to generate actionable insights for future strategies.
Follow up on Promotional materials deliveries and field execution.
Generate insights from market analysis.

Digital Reach: Website traffic growth social media impressions.

Lead Generation: Number of qualified leads generated through digital channels.
Compliance & Timeliness: % of promotional materials delivered on time and approved under compliance standards.
Data Accuracy: Precision in reporting and forecasting.
Organizational Relationships
Collaborates with: Category Lead Country Brand Lead Brand Managers Medical Regulatory Legal Compliance Sales Force & Sales Leads Internal and External Communications team as well as Colab and other vendors
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or related roles.
Basic English proficiency (reading writing and speaking); advanced level preferred.
