About MCHS Family of Services
We offer professional Child Foster Care and Child Adoption Services in Redford and Detroit, Michigan. We also offer Child Foster Care Licensing and Independent Living Services. We provide Residential Treatment and Clinical Therapy for children and our 80 acre campus in Redford, Michigan is home to 60 boys between the ages of 5 and 18 who arrive at MCHS searching for the hope, love, safety and support every child deserves. We have an outstanding Aftercare, Education and Health and Wellness Program which includes fantastic Children’s Activities. We provide Child Abuse Prevention Services, Teen Infant Parenting Services and Senior Services. The Fostering Leadership Academy is our Trauma Informed Charter School located on our campus in Redford, MI. Our charter school is authorized by Grand Valley State University and is Michigan’s first K-8 trauma informed school.
