With advanced production capabilities and certified quality systems it manufactures roofing underlayment self-adhesive underlayment adhesive tapes and related solutions for efficient customer delivery.

Job Descriptions

• Manage the full purchasing process including purchase order (PO) processing supplier communication delivery monitoring and follow-up activities.
• Handle import and export shipping procedures including shipment coordination documentation preparation and liaising with forwarders and customs for smooth cargo clearance.
• Source evaluate and develop suppliers to ensure competitive pricing quality standards and reliable supply.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals for materials goods and services.
• Monitor incoming goods to ensure compliance with required specifications and coordinate replacement or corrective actions for rejected items.
• Monitor PO acknowledgements and resolve purchasing delivery or supplier-related issues promptly.
• Conduct product research and identify potential suppliers to support business needs and procurement strategies.
• Maintain good supplier relationships and ensure continuous improvement in procurement efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in purchasing procurement or supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of import/export processes shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Experienced in supplier sourcing negotiation and purchase order management.
• Good communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin speaker preferred for ease of internal communication.

Location: Iskandar Puteri Johor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:00AM - 5:00PM)

Salary Range: RM6000 - 8000
