Senior Consultant Project Manager

KeyResponsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
• Develop project plans schedules milestones resource allocation plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Gather analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders technical teams and vendors.
• Lead workshops solution discussions requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Oversee implementation testing UAT deployment and post-implementation support.
• Manage project governance reporting risk issue and change management.
• Drive continuous process improvements and recommend technology solutions.
• Prepare BRDs Functional Specifications SOPs process flows and project documentation.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Copilot Studio implementations.

Skills Required:

• Bachelors Degree in IT Computer Science Business Information Systems Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management Business Analysis Functional Consulting or Enterprise Application Delivery.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Agile Waterfall or Hybrid project methodologies.

Mandatory Technical Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (Mandatory).
• Strong business analysis and requirement gathering skills.
• Ability to convert business requirements into clear technical documentation.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Read Write and Speak).
