Job Summary
This role is essential in ensuring Malaysia receives adequate on-ground support to strengthen market execution rebuild business relationships and drive sustainable sales growth across regions.
What Youll Do
Manage Accounts: Visit retail partners across Malaysia (Klang Valley & outstation) to check stock and strengthen relationships.
Analyze Sales: Track weekly sales numbers monitor stock levels and spot growth opportunities.
Train & Motivate: Conduct product briefings for store staff and run sales incentive programs.
Brand Display: Coordinate window displays new product launches and roadshows.
Operations Support: Work with logistics and finance to ensure smooth stock delivery and manage budgets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Retail sales operations or account management experience.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for analyzing sales numbers.
- Willingness to travel across Malaysia for store visits.
- Organized proactive and ready to handle fast-paced retail operation
