Job Summary
Ramp Up measurements including ELFR Measurements and qualification measurements
- Driving the measurements in full self-responsibility
- Booking tester capacity align with line control
- Preparation of measurements
- Initiate the preparation of tester cell (changing contact unit and/or part tweaking)
- Load and start test program in GUI
- Run test program with first part and check contact
- Prepare parts in handler
- Prepare and handle trays failure trays
- Ensure proper contact
- Feedback any issues to the corresponding support function and ensure timely support
- Observe yield of running measurement and initiate measures in case of drop down right in time involve other support functions
Interface Role:
- Serve as the critical link between all involved parties Quality Test Development Test Engineering Equipment Engineering etc.
Test Cell Troubleshooting:
- Act as the first level support for instabilities and issues with first series non/pre -series processes during ramp up and qualification measurements on Advantest V93k testers and Cohu Delta Matrix handlers
Proactive Problem Solving:
- Identify apply and document solutions and workarounds for recurring issues to ensure high data quality and efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Operating knowledge of Handler & Tester
- Basic understanding of test program and how to use it.
- Basic knowledge of MES System
- First-class English communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
