Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform machine setup operation and basic troubleshooting to ensure smooth production.
- Support production activities to achieve daily output quality and delivery targets.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic preventive maintenance.
- Monitor process parameters and report any equipment or process abnormalities to the Supervisor or Engineering team.
- Ensure products meet quality specifications and follow established quality control procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
- Comply with Cleanroom protocols EHS (Environment Health & Safety) requirements and company policies.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Male or Female.
- Minimum SKM Certificate or Diploma in Engineering Manufacturing Mechatronics Mechanical Electrical Electronics or other related disciplines.
- At least 1 year of experience in a semiconductor electronics or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation automation or manufacturing processes.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work rotating shifts overtime and weekends/public holidays when required.
- Able to work in a Cleanroom environment and wear appropriate PPE.
- Responsible disciplined and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience operating semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Basic troubleshooting and equipment handling skills.
- Understanding of 5S SOP compliance and quality standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Salary Range: Up to RM4.5k
