This role is responsible for leading total plant operations which includes production engineering finance and logistics to maximize equipment and manpower utilization while meeting budget and timeline objectives. The focus is on driving operational excellence by reducing costs improving productivity and maintaining a robust quality management system to ensure customer satisfaction and safety compliance. You will also be expected to mentor and develop cross-functional teams to achieve high-performance standards and continuous process improvement
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in any Engineering disciplines (Electrical Electronic or Mechatronics ) is required.
Minimum 10 years of related working experience in an electronic manufacturing environment and added advantage if the candidate has experience in a power supply manufacturing environment
Required language: Bahasa Malaysia English
Computer literate.
Hands-on experience in quality management system process improvement and production management
Excellent leadership qualities communication and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful proactive and dynamic individual.
Advanced planning coordination and organizational abilities
A hands-on approach to operations.
