Job Overview: The Personal Assistant will provide dedicated support to the DirectorCEO assisting in daily scheduling meeting coordination communication handling and follow-up on business tasks. This role requires high flexibility strong organization skills and the ability to work closely with senior management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accompany the CEO/President for meetings and business appointments
Manage daily schedules meetings and travel arrangements
Take meeting notes and follow up on action items
Update and report important information and work progress to management
Coordinate internal teams and external business partners
Assist in document preparation research and data compilation
Ensure all assigned tasks from management are executed properly
Handle ad-hoc administrative and personal support tasks
Requirements:
Female preferred below 30 years old
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley (KL & Selangor)
