Act as Prudentials service professional to provide the best-in-class customer service via hotline to handle and resolve customers enquires and request on life and health insurance products in a professional manner with tactful service skills.Provide and process informationthrough systems and other departmentsin response toprovider/customer/sales channelsenquiriesaboutdoctor booking pre-authorization direct billing servicesaccording to company service standard andin professional mannerwith tactful customer service skills.
Arrangefollow upcallorWhatsapp/WeChat texttofollow up andrespond toprovider /customer/salesenquiry/ request /feedbackwhich received viaother touch points such assales channel email letter livechatandetc.
Handleand resolvecustomers special request and feedbackconductsimpleinvestigationand fact finding thenpropose solutionto team manager for review and approval before revertingto customer.
Support company initiativesbypromotingdifferent typesofself-service and anyadhoctask to achieve the desired result of businessobjectives.
Participateteammeetingand training to ensurean up-to-date knowledge and information to handledifferent typesof enquiries.
