Job Summary
- Partner with the Asia Pacific leadership team to understand business priorities and cocreate learning and development strategies that support regional goals.
- Design deliver and continuously improve leadership and professional development programs across diverse markets and cultures.
- Lead regional learning initiatives including leadership development capability building and successionfocused programs.
- Collaborate with global and local HR teams to align regional learning efforts with enterprise frameworks and standards.
- Facilitate workshops learning sessions and leadership forums that encourage engagement reflection and practical application.
- Use data feedback and insights to measure learning effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- Champion inclusive learning practices that ensure equitable access participation and development opportunities across the region.
- Experience in learning and development talent development or organizational development ideally in a regional or multicountry context.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders and translate business needs into practical learning solutions.
- Strong facilitation stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience designing or delivering leadership or capability development programs.
- Comfort working across time zones cultures and organizational levels.
- Experience supporting Asia Pacific or other geographically diverse regions.
- Exposure to leadership team coaching strategic workforce development or succession planning.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and blended learning approaches.
- Experience partnering with global centers of excellence or regional HR leadership teams.
