In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Partner with the Asia Pacific leadership team to understand business priorities and cocreate learning and development strategies that support regional goals.
  • Design deliver and continuously improve leadership and professional development programs across diverse markets and cultures.
  • Lead regional learning initiatives including leadership development capability building and successionfocused programs.
  • Collaborate with global and local HR teams to align regional learning efforts with enterprise frameworks and standards.
  • Facilitate workshops learning sessions and leadership forums that encourage engagement reflection and practical application.
  • Use data feedback and insights to measure learning effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
  • Champion inclusive learning practices that ensure equitable access participation and development opportunities across the region.

For This Role You Will Need:
  • Experience in learning and development talent development or organizational development ideally in a regional or multicountry context.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders and translate business needs into practical learning solutions.
  • Strong facilitation stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience designing or delivering leadership or capability development programs.
  • Comfort working across time zones cultures and organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience supporting Asia Pacific or other geographically diverse regions.
  • Exposure to leadership team coaching strategic workforce development or succession planning.
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools and blended learning approaches.
  • Experience partnering with global centers of excellence or regional HR leadership teams.
