Lead Generation Executive
About the Role
This is a hands-on lead generation role supporting business development and recruitment operations. You will work closely with a small fast-moving team to drive business growth and hiring delivery through effective lead generation and recruitment support.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business leads using LinkedIn Google job portals company websites and other online sources.
- Research prospects and build lead lists.
- Support outreach campaigns and track follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools.
- Follow up with prospects through LinkedIn messages email and other communication channels.
- Support recruitment activities including job posting candidate screening interview coordination and candidate communication.
- Assist in day-to-day operations of Opal the companys AI recruitment platform.
- Maintain accurate records of leads prospects candidates and follow-up activities.
- Work closely with the recruitment and sales team to support business growth and hiring delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field.
- Minimum 6 to 12 months of working experience in lead generation recruitment support sales support or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a small fast-moving team.
- Organized detail-oriented and comfortable using digital tools.

- Good understanding of LinkedIn Google search online research and lead generation techniques.
