Job Summary
The Junior Managers Program (JMP) is Boschs accelerated development program designed to prepare highpotential engineers for future technical and leadership roles.
The Automation & Smart Manufacturing track focuses on developing future leaders in automation robotics digitalization and Industry 4.0 through handson projects crossfunctional rotations and strong mentorship.
Whats in store for you
- Rotate across Technical Functions (TEF) and Manufacturing with a strong focus on:
- Automation & Robotics Engineering
- Manufacturing / Production Engineering (automation focus)
- Industrial Engineering & Process Optimization
- Digitalization MES and smart factory initiatives
- Lead and support automation projects from concept feasibility to implementation
- Contribute to productivity improvement cost reduction and safety through automation
- Support industrialization and rampup of automated production lines
- Work closely with manufacturing engineering and global automation teams
- Build leadership communication and project management capabilities through real business ownership
Qualifications :
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Mechatronics Electrical/Electronics Mechanical Automation Robotics Manufacturing Software Industrial Engineering)
- Strong interest in automation robotics testing and smart manufacturing
- Passion for improving manufacturing through technology and innovation
- Good analytical problemsolving and communication skills
- Ability to work in shopfloor and crossfunctional environments
- High learning agility and willingness to rotate across functions and locations
