IT Operations Engineer (English and Mandarin)

The Position:
We are looking for a highly capable IT Operations Engineer to ensure the stability performance and daily maintenance of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java and database management with the ability to respond quickly to system anomalies and resolve complex technical issues.

The Responsibilities of the Role:
Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance problem troubleshooting performance monitoring and stability guarantee of the system (which is developed based on Java/Python/JavaScript/Vue with Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL databases).
Conduct fault analysis problem identification and emergency handling.
Promptly respond to online anomalies and facilitate their resolution to maintain operational continuity.

The Requirement for the Role:
Familiar with the Java technology framework possessing a solid programming foundation.
Understand common design patterns and mainstream middleware.
Capable of reading Java code and identifying application issues.
Proficient in at least one major database (MySQL PostgreSQL or Oracle).
Capable of performing SQL optimization index design data management and handling large data volumes.
Familiar with automated deployment log analysis and monitoring systems.
Candidates with AI experience will be given priority consideration.
Possess strong communication and collaboration skills self-motivation and a deep sense of responsibility.
Demonstrate strong learning ability to quickly adapt to business needs and technological iterations.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (Read Write and Speak).
