Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Groups IT operations infrastructure and technology services.
- Formulate and implement IT strategies that support business objectives.
- Oversee IT systems networks cybersecurity data protection and infrastructure.
- Enhance system performance through automation digital transformation and process improvements.
- Manage IT projects system deployments and technology upgrades.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee IT budgets vendor relationships and external technology partnerships.
- Develop IT policies security controls and business continuity frameworks.
- Guide mentor and develop the IT team to strengthen overall capabilities.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to deliver IT solutions aligned with business needs.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 8 years of IT experience including 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure systems cybersecurity and IT operations.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee IT projects vendor relationships and budgets.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Experience managing IT operations across multiple sites or outlets will be an added advantage.
