The HR Operations Intern supports the team in delivering accurate timely and well-documented operations across assigned service areas while gaining hands-on exposure to HR processes SOP documentation reporting and continuous improvement.- Document operational procedures and help update SOPs.
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
- Prepare and submit documents to statutory offices or external parties when needed.
- Maintain records trackers and documentation for effective operations and audit readiness.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and updates on improvement initiatives.
- Monitor service issues follow up on actions and flag inconsistencies.
- Support process improvement and coordination across service areas.
- Work with team members to complete tasks on time.
