Financial Controller
Job Summary
- Group Tax Planning & Subsidiary Oversight: Coordinate and manage overall tax planning for
the Group; supervise and guide tax-related matters for all subsidiary companies. - Financial System Enhancement: Assist management in establishing optimizing and perfecting
the corporate financial management framework and internal control systems. - Tax Compliance & Reporting: Responsible for "Exempt Credit and Refund" (免抵退) tax
filings and other applicable statutory tax returns; oversee the submission of government
statistical reports; ensure precise accurate and timely declaration of various taxes alongside
related accounting ledger entries. - Subsidiary & Capital Expenditure Auditing: Perform remote reviews of financial books for a
specific subsidiary to ensure accounting standardization; manage capital expenditure (CapEx)
accounting treatments for newly constructed factory plants; organize and bind export
documentation for the headquarters. - Payroll Accounting: Responsible for processing verifying and recording accounting entries for
management-level payroll. - HNTE & R&D Compliance: Handle the application process and document preparation for High
and New Technology Enterprise (HNTE) status; establish and maintain R&D expenditure subledgers
(R&D 台账). - Government Subsidy Support: Coordinate with relevant departments to provide necessary
financial data and documentation for government subsidy applications.
- Education & Certification: Bachelors degree or above in Finance Accounting or a related
discipline; holds an Intermediate Accounting Professional Certification (中级会计师职称) or
equivalent qualification. - Industry Experience: Proficient in operating ERP systems; possesses a minimum of 3 years of
experience as a Tax Supervisor within the electronics semiconductor or advanced
manufacturing sectors. - Technical Skillset: Strong background in full-set accounting and financial management; deeply
familiar with local tax laws and regulations; highly skilled in executing export tax refund
declarations. - Soft Skills & Ethics: Demonstrates high professional integrity and ethics alongside strong team
collaboration and communication skills - Local Policy Knowledge: Well-versed in regional fiscal and taxation laws regulatory policies
and government subsidy application frameworks - Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
