Facility Manager

WHAT YOULL DO

As a Facility Manager you are responsible enabling and securing the smooth operation of the site portfolio by delivering optimized qualitative and cost-efficient facility management services that meet business needs and support both short and long-term asset performance.

You will:

• Lead and manage the full facility management scope including technical installations maintenance cleaning waste pest and building management across sites
• Drive sourcing procurement and supplier management ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with contracts and standards
• Monitor portfolio condition plan lifecycle and investment activities and support renovations and rebuilds to optimize long-term performance
• Ensure maintenance planning and execution securing safe compliant and efficient facility operations
• Manage data systems and financial performance ensuring accurate reporting cost control and budget alignment
• Drive energy management initiatives improving efficiency and supporting sustainability goals
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align facility plans with business needs and support operational excellence

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

Youll collaborate with Store and Area teams Sales Market functions and global Facility Management teams. Youll also partner with suppliers landlords and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Procurement Operations) to ensure aligned and high-quality delivery.

This role will be reporting to the Expansion Manager.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people who

• Have a degree in Facility Management Engineering Business or similar or equivalent experience
• Bring 3 years of experience in Facility Management construction or real estate
• Have strong knowledge of facility operations supplier management and contract delivery
• Are analytical and structured with the ability to manage data budgets and planning

• Collaborative and communicative able to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Proactive and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused ensuring safe and compliant operations
• Flexible and resilient comfortable working in a dynamic environment
