Document Controller Supervisor

Company Background:
A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all project documentation including engineering drawings RFIs technical queries material submissions meeting minutes and correspondence.
• Ensure proper document registration distribution filing version control and traceability in accordance with project requirements.
• Maintain document control systems databases logs and approval tracking records.
• Coordinate document submissions and monitor review/approval status with consultants PMC and clients.
• Distribute approved and commented documents to relevant project stakeholders and maintain accurate records.
• Support communication between project teams consultants and external parties by facilitating document coordination and language translation when required.
• Prepare and maintain bilingual/trilingual document lists meeting minutes and approval records.
• Assist in organizing project documentation for meetings audits and handover processes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering Construction Management Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in document control within construction engineering infrastructure or data center projects.
• Familiar with engineering documentation drawings material submittals RFIs and document management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and document accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin; Malay is an added advantage.
• Experience working with PMC consultants or multinational project teams is preferred.

Salary Range: RM6k - RM10k
