Training Design & Development

  • Research design and develop training modules materials and presentation decks covering product knowledge sales techniques and soft skills (new initiatives ad hoc requests and BAU).
  • Continuously review and enhance training content to ensure relevance market competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Conduct engaging classroom virtual and roadshow-based training sessions for bank partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver product briefings refresher sessions and sales activation programmes to support new product launches and campaigns

Sales Enablement & Performance Support

  • Translate product features into clear sales propositions and practical selling approaches.
  • Support frontline sales teams with coaching role plays and on-ground engagement to improve sales conversion and quality.

Reporting & Project Support

  • Coordinate and support training-related reporting and initiatives including BSC quarterly reporting CPD tracking and programme effectiveness.
  • Assist in planning and execution of training calendars roadshows and nationwide programmes.

Compliance & Certification Support

  • Ensure all training programmes comply with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Support certification initiatives (e.g TBE) where applicable.
