Responsibilities

• Responsible for all steps of Project Management Life Cycle; Initiation Planning Execution and Closure.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Working with Clients daily to obtain business and technical specifications to help implement next generation software solutions.
• Implement best practices in Software Project Management and provide innovative solutions to delivery challenges.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and other key stakeholders. Partner with the Sales Technical and Service Delivery teams for effective cross-functional cooperation.
• Develop maintain and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives technologies systems information specifications timelines funding and staffing.
• Participating in the configuration enhancement and testing phases associated with software development and implementation.
• Working closely with software engineering teams to integrate release software into Client environments.
• And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in IT Engineering or Business from an accredited university.
• At least 10 years experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management in Software Solutions. Domain knowledge in the Energy/ Oil&Gas Industry is welcomed.
• Demonstrated experience in Software Implementation and managing an implementation team.
• Project management and business analysis certifications like PMP Prince2 Agile CBAP is added advantage.
• Good communication project delivery and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong collaborator with the ability to work cross functional and work with people from different level and cultural background.
• Customer service and solutions mindset to always improve on service delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Malaysia is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
