Assistant Manager Business Analyst

Are you a highly analytical and technically skilled Business/Data Analyst ready to take ownership of impactful projects and turn complex data into actionable insights We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Business Analyst / Data Analyst.

In this role you will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze large datasets optimize processes and deliver meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

What Youll Do:

Support and execute analytical projects to identify trends business opportunities and operational improvements.

Translate business requirements into analytical queries reports and dashboard solutions.

Write and optimize SQL (MySQL) queries to extract manipulate and validate data from multiple sources.

Utilize Python for data processing automation analysis and reporting.

Design build and maintain BI dashboards and reports to monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.

Ensure data accuracy consistency and reporting quality across projects.

What Youll Bring:

Experience in a Business Analyst Data Analyst or related analytical role.

Strong analytical and logical thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Good proficiency in SQL/MySQL for querying and data analysis.

Working knowledge of Python for data analytics (e.g. Pandas NumPy automation scripts).

Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI Looker Sisense or similar platforms.

Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
