A leading regulated digital asset and financial services company is looking for an experienced Accounting & Treasury Manager to join its growing European finance team.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the finance function and accounting operations
Oversee month-end/year-end closing AP revenue accounting and financial controls
Treasury management bank reconciliation and cash management
Budgeting forecasting and financial reporting
Work closely with auditors compliance and operations teams
Ensure regulatory and financial reporting compliance
Drive process improvements automation and operational efficiency
Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions

Requirements

Requirements
Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent)
5 years of accounting or finance experience in regulated financial services environments
Strong understanding of accounting operations and financial reporting
Experience with treasury and reconciliation processes
Knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP (IFRS / US GAAP is a plus)
Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
Fluent English and Japanese communication skills required

Preferred Background
Experience in banking payments fintech or crypto industries
Exposure to multinational or Japanese corporate environments
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment
