Job Summary
Tasks:
- End-to-end delivery accountability across a l squad workstreams and applications from technical architecture and Kanban flow through to production deployment
- Manages cross-app dependencies monitor progress highlight risks and mitigation strategy and prepare status reports and management reports when needed
- Coaches the team drives continuous improvement and coordinate decisions with the Product Owner Technical Lead and QA Lead
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree at a relevant field
- 7 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Kanban WIP management and flow metrics and cross-squads dependencies management
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business-level status and risk language
- Proven delivery accountability ownership of outcomes not just execution
- Experience with the whole software delivery life-cycle from requirements gathering to testing and deployment in large enterprise or banking context
- Hands-on experience in software engineering preferably hands-on development experience in Java
- Solid expertise with software quality management and test automation
The consultant must demonstrate competence in:
- Good Communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good ability to synthesize.
- Capacity to deliver within tight deadlines
