Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee IT systems across a multi-property hospitality environment including hotels villas and lodges. The role ensures seamless system performance strong infrastructure stability and reliable IT support across all operations within a 5-star hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Hotel IT systems (PMS POS Micros Fidelio or similar)
- Network & infrastructure management (LAN/WAN)
- System security backups & disaster recovery
- Vendor & contract management
- Staff training & IT support
- Preventive maintenance & system optimization
- 24/7 critical systems support
Key Requirements
- Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of Experience in IT Support experience (hospitality industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems and networks
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
