- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience with project planning and scheduling tools such as Smartsheet MS Project Jira or similar.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word PowerPoint Teams and Outlook.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and project execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to facilitate collaboration build consensus and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or process improvement initiatives.
- Certifications such as PMP Scrum Master Agile Practitioner or similar.
- Experience working in technology-driven or software development environments
- Align project sponsors and stakeholders on objectives scope milestones timelines and expected outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder identification engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Guide and coach project teams in Agile Scrum and SDLC best practices.
- Develop maintain and monitor detailed project plans including tasks dependencies owners and deadlines.
- Coordinate project activities track progress and ensure accountability across teams.
- Lead project meetings drive alignment and facilitate decision-making among cross-functional stakeholders.
- Communicate project status risks issues and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage RAID logs (Risks Assumptions Issues and Dependencies) remove blockers and escalate issues when necessary.
- Utilize collaboration and project management tools to support planning communication and execution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and other project-related activities as assigned.
