Our client a prestigious luxury safari lodge in Kenya is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily lodge operations mentor department teams and ensure world-class service standards across all guest-facing areas.
What Youll Do:
Lead and support Housekeeping Maintenance Safari Shop Night Porter and Spa teams
Deliver exceptional guest experiences through hands-on leadership
Coordinate daily lodge operations and departmental performance
Drive operational excellence cost efficiencies and sustainability initiatives
Step into key leadership roles during management absences
Coach mentor and develop future hospitality leaders
Requirements
Were Looking For:
Proven management experience in luxury hospitality or safari lodges
Strong leadership and people management skills
Outstanding guest relations and communication abilities
Experience with operational reporting budgeting and performance analysis
