Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customeroriented Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Service:
- Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
- Team Management:
- Train and supervise a team of sales associates.
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Schedule staff shifts and ensure appropriate coverage during peak times.
- Showroom Operations:
- Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing showroom environment.
- Ensure that all displays are uptodate and reflect the companys brand and product offerings.
- Oversee inventory management including receiving shipments tracking stock levels and coordinating with warehouse staff.
- Manage showroom expenses within budget and identify costsaving opportunities.
- Marketing & Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and sales campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Leverage digital tools and social media to attract new customers and promote showroom events.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on key performance metrics including sales volume conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
- Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve showroom performance.
