ServiceNow Traineeship

Job Summary

Support the delivery and customization of ServiceNow solutions while gaining hands-on experience across development implementation and platform capabilities. Work alongside experienced consultants on customer projects pursue ServiceNow certifications and contribute to documentation issue resolution training and knowledge-sharing activities

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and develop technical skills related to ServiceNows various modules and platform capabilities.
• Support customer projects and internal initiatives under the guidance of experienced consultants.
• Complete the ServiceNow certification path and acquire essential platform knowledge.
• Assist in the design implementation and customization of ServiceNow cloud-based solutions.
• Gain hands-on experience in ServiceNow development using best coding practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical and design documentation as needed.
• Identify and escalate product issues to the project team.
• Participate in regular team meetings training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.

Qualifications :

• Recent graduates with a background in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
