Service Manager Biomedical Devices

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the medical equipment maintenance teams.
  
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  
• Ensure medical equipment is maintained according to manufacturer recommendations and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate maintenance contracts service schedules and spare parts requirements.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
  
• Monitor team performance and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  
• Coordinate with hospitals customers suppliers and manufacturers.
  
• Prepare maintenance reports KPIs and performance analysis.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory requirements.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience in medical equipment maintenance with at least 23 years in a supervisory/management role.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of medical equipment and maintenance procedures.
  
• Experience in managing technical teams and service operations.
  
• Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills.
  
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
