The role

As part of our Digital & Technology Consulting team you will design build and scale modern frontend applications using and associated web technologies. You will work closely with product owners UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver highquality performant and scalable user interfaces across enterprise and clientfacing platforms.

The role involves handson frontend engineering architecture decisions component design and advisory leadershipbridging usercentric design with robust engineering practices across web and hybrid application environments.

Were looking for a FrontEnd Developer with strong technical depth in application development and a solid understanding of modern ecosystems. Your key responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain responsive scalable frontend applications using modern frameworks.
• Build reusable modular UI components aligned with design systems and UX standards.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into highquality production code.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs GraphQL services and backend systems.
• Ensure applications meet performance security accessibility (WCAG) and crossbrowser compatibility standards.
• Implement state management routing and datahandling patterns using modern frontend architectures.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce frontend engineering best practices.
• Produce highquality technical documentation and contribute to architectural and design decisions.
• Manage multiple workstreams or engagements (for senior levels) ensuring delivery quality and alignment with client objectives.
• Stay current with emerging trends in frontend technologies frameworks and tooling.

Technical skills

• Strong handson experience with React (hooks functional components component lifecycle).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with state management (e.g. Redux Context API or similar patterns).
• Familiarity with UI frameworks and styling approaches (e.g. Material UI Tailwind CSSinJS).
• Experience with API integration (REST / GraphQL).
• Understanding of frontend build tools and workflows (Webpack Vite npm/yarn).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g. Jest Testing Library).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment practices.
• Understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• 26 years of experience in frontend development or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated handson experience building productiongrade applications.
• Strong communication skills with a clientfacing or crossfunctional mindset.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Ideally youll also have

• Experience working with design systems and large component libraries.
• Exposure to or similar Reactbased frameworks.
• Experience in enterprisescale or consulting environments.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices in frontend development.
• Basic understanding of cloudhosted applications and microservicesbased architectures.
