What You Will Do:
As an MMC Sales Operations Analyst you will play a critical role in coordinating regional sales reporting and empowering data-driven decisions through insightful analysis. You will collaborate with regional country and sales leaders across Marsh and Mercer to develop and standardize sales funnel data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with regional stakeholders to understand business objectives and align analysis accordingly
- Delivering complex regular and ad-hoc analyses to provide insights on key business areas
- Gathering and documenting reporting/dashboard requirements to ensure accurate and effective reporting
- Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense and Power BI
- Managing multiple projects and tight deadlines efficiently
- Supporting in-country teams with sales technology tools including CRM systems and sales automation platforms
- Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance across business units and countries
- Ensuring CRM data quality and championing system enhancements
- Managing user licenses and driving adoption through training and support
- Collaborating with marketing and impact teams to support campaign data and KPI tracking
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Analytics or a related field; Masters degree in Statistics Computer Applications IT or Analytics is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience mining large complex datasets and building dynamic storyboarded dashboards
- Proven expertise in data analytics visualization and reporting using Qlik Sense; Power BI skills are a strong advantage
- Advanced Excel skills including macros
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in client onboarding or insurance industry subject matter expertise
- Background in the insurance sector and client service
- Strong relationship-building skills and an open-minded fast-learning attitude
