Our client a well-established dental practice in Cleveland & Willoughby Ohio is looking to hire two Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs) to join their growing team. Schedule

• Monday Thursday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Friday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings periodontal maintenance and scaling and root planing.

• Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting.

• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as appropriate.

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.

• Review and update patient medical and dental histories.

• Maintain accurate electronic dental records.

• Follow OSHA and CDC infection control guidelines.

• Collaborate with the dentist to develop and implement patient treatment plans.

• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in a professional and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.

• Local anesthesia certification or willingness to obtain it (the practice will cover the certification cost if needed).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Passion for preventive dentistry and providing outstanding patient care.
