Job Summary
We are currently recruiting skilled healthcare professionals to join a specialized cardiovascular hospital in Libya. This is an exciting international relocation opportunity offering the chance to work in a high-standard clinical environment focused on cardiac and complex medical care.
Successful candidates will contribute to delivering multidisciplinary patient-centered services supporting both cardiac and related comorbid conditions.
- Oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance with international standards
- Provide expert consultation on diagnostic testing especially for cardiac biomarkers
- Supervise laboratory staff and ensure quality control
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures
- Collaborate with clinical teams for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
- Ensure proper utilization of laboratory resources
- Medical Degree or PhD in Laboratory Medicine/Pathology
- Board certification or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior laboratory role
- Experience in cardiovascular diagnostics preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills

Required Skills:
