Job Description
  • Oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance with international standards
  • Provide expert consultation on diagnostic testing especially for cardiac biomarkers
  • Supervise laboratory staff and ensure quality control
  • Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with clinical teams for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Ensure proper utilization of laboratory resources


Requirements
Requirements
  • Medical Degree or PhD in Laboratory Medicine/Pathology
  • Board certification or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior laboratory role
  • Experience in cardiovascular diagnostics preferred
  • Strong leadership and management skills
