Junior Technical Sales

You will help us turn interest into pilots and pilots into customers. This is a hands-on role on a small team so you will sit close to the founder learn the product deeply and talk to real operators in manufacturing and food and beverage across Saudi Arabia the UAE and Jordan. You do not need years of experience. You need to be technical enough to understand how the product works honest enough to explain it without overselling and organized enough to keep deals moving.

Tasks

• Run discovery calls and product demos first alongside the founder then on your own as you grow into it.
• Qualify inbound interest and do thoughtful outbound to operations and quality leaders in our target markets.
• Prepare clear honest pilot proposals that separate what is proven today from what scales with deployment.
• Support pilots on the customers floor: help configure rules draw zones and review real detection output with the customer.
• Keep the CRM accurate and follow up reliably so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Bring what you hear from customers back to the team so it shapes the product and the roadmap.

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic and strong English (nice to have) written and spoken. Our product and our customers are Arabic-first.
• A working understanding of software cameras or AI and the curiosity to go deeper. You should be comfortable explaining cloud CCTV and vision AI in plain words.
• Clear warm communication and a habit of being honest rather than impressive.
• Strong organization and follow-through comfortable owning your own pipeline.
• Comfort with the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage startup.
• Based in Amman or willing to be with the ability to travel in the region for pilots and meetings.
