Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager in the JTI Jordan Finance Function you will lead all finance-related activities for both Jordanian entities (Market and Factory) reporting directly to the Jordan and Palestine Finance Director.You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting effective day-to-day operations and compliance with both IFRS and local GAAP while working cross-functionally with all related stakeholders P&C Sales Marketing tax etc.

Position:
Managing monthly financial closing and reporting processes in line with corporate standards
Overseeing day-to-day finance operations including AR/AP journal entries accruals and reconciliations
Leading internal and external audits ensuring timely and accurate IFRS/statutory reporting
Providing financial advice and insight to senior management for strategic decision-making
Preparing and reviewing weekly cash flow reports and monitoring AR aging and credit limits
Ensuring local accounting procedures align with corporate policies
Collaborating cross-functionally during month-end and for ad hoc leadership requests

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance (Masters degree is a plus)
Minimum 9 years of experience in accounting preferably in a multinational environment
Strong command of English and Arabic
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus
Experience with SAP ECC and SAP HANA
Deep understanding of IFRS and local GAAP
Strong decision-making analytical communication and leadership skills
